There’s a lot of information that goes into finding the right house for buyers. From the standard, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, to home style and size. But did you know that over half of buyers are also looking for neighborhood and amenity information as well? Buyers aren’t just buying a new house to make their home, they’re buying into the neighborhood and community.
If you give buyers the information they need, they are much more likely to buy your listing.
So what kind of information do buyers want? You could give them stats and features listed out, we actually link to school and neighborhood data on all of our single property websites. But people don’t alway click on links or want to read more stats.
But if you include photos, they’ll happily look through them!
When buyers are looking at listings and communities, they are looking for parks, recreation areas, hiking trails, pools, exercise areas and more. Including photos of these areas in your listing helps buyers see themselves using these additional features and amenities just like the backyard or living spaces in the home.
